五 | 共享式园中园，让土地利用效率和产业协同效率同步提升。前不久，这套节地模式成功入选自然资源部第五批全国节地技术和节地模式推荐目录。邢台市宁晋县自然资源和规划局党组书记 局长 李胜凯：推行连片集中供地、共享厂房模式，把园区节地增效、高效供地的成熟做法提炼为标准化制度，复制到电商孵化基地、综合产业园区等各类项目，全方位挖掘土地利用潜力。

六 | 从闲置厂区盘活，到共享园区创新，我省分类推进工业、城镇闲置用地改造，各地因地制宜走出差异化节地路径。

七 | 目前全省试点区域累计认定低效用地39.75万亩，已有6.12万亩完成再开发。省自然资源厅自然资源开发利用处三级调研员 李清风：强化土地政策与规划优化协同，通过用途转换、功能完善、片区统筹、产业导入、长期运营等找到新的投资收益平衡点，以存量土地和低效用地盘活为突破口，带动存量资源资产全局盘活，实现推动存量土地资产价值显化增益。
